Product Orders

All 3rd generation Ipods given with the free offer in the Leap Forward program are either new or Apple, inc. recertified. All Ipods shipped come with Apple's warranty. We do not fix or repair or hold any warranty on the Apple Ipods as Vitalife Networks, LLC or www.vitalifefitness.com. If your Ipod is defective you are to follow Ipod's warranty instructions.

All orders placed through the website are subject to www.vitalifefitness.com and Vitalife Networks, LLC acceptance, which is at its sole discretion. Without limitation, this means that either www.vitalifefitness.com or Vitalife Networks, LLC  may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, in its sole discretion, and without liability to you or any third party. If your credit card has already been charged for an order that is subsequently cancelled, a credit to your credit card account will be issued.
